How you contact technical support is determined by how your account is managed:
- ShadowWare Managed Account: Use the Contact Form below.
- Self Managed Account: Login to your hosting control panel. Once logged in click on the Support Center to submit a trouble ticket. Please make sure you have searched through our extensive user documentation located on the Support Center page.
